Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to purchase an pre-built Asterisk server to use in my call center.
I have been using a proprietary based solution for 5 years now which unfortunately is no longer being supported. The solution allowed me to screen calls based on a list of numbers to be bocked and either block them at my location or send them through to the carrier.
I've decided to act on the advice of the original developer of the proprietary based solution, and move onto a more robust solution like Asterisk.
Unfortunately he is not in the GTA area (or in the country for that matter) and, myself being unfamiliar with Asterisk, I'm hoping someone in this community can point me in the right direction.
