I've got a client who wants to have the an SaaS app developed. This will involve a scalable web front/backend specifically running on a "turnkey" VM which can be hosted at a VPS like vps.net or linmin.com to avoid any hardware investment. Both the web app and the VM image need to be developed.
It also has a significant voice component, requiring Asterisk (or similar) to do call detail, IVR and touch-tone PIN# logging to the web backend. The VoIP server should also run in a scalable VM scenario. This will need to interface with a Cisco 2800-series voice gateway as the SIP trunk interface.
I'm looking for a budgetary estimate for any or all portions. If my client's colleagues approve the funds, I'll then write this up into a proper RFQ and put it out for tender.
My client's concern is in giving the design proposal to anyone without an NDA/non-compete. Please contact me for details and to move forward with an estimate/quote.
