Hey guys,
I'm looking for an individual that has knowledge and perhaps experience in callback centers.
What would I need in order to create my own callback center using VOIP and Asterisk?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Setting up call back is pretty easy specially in something like Elastix or Trixbox. My recommendation would be Elastix for its stability and some added features.
Setup should be fairly simple. download and burn the elastix iso on a cd. boot the system, and it should be ready in about 30 minutes. It will erase everything on hard drive though. Henry's presentation on elastix was wonderful and very helpful (http://taug.org/node/136).
you can send me an email if you need further assistance.
Regards
