Reza, founder of Digital Canada Communications will be covering two topics:

1. A business overview and cost analysis of using Open Source Call Centres in the field, specifically ViciDial. How complete the implementation is, and how well it scales.

For those joining us at Toby's afterwards**, Reza also has a treat -- 100 copies of the 44 page book "AsteriskNow Get Asterisk up and running in minutes!", a special Digium Edition published by Wiley Publishing (ISBN 978-0-470-16507-2)
